About Incede Ventures - Our Vision
Incede Ventures is a venture studio built on identifying & unlocking potential from root or growth ideas. It invests capital and effort in transforming its ideas into viable businesses.
It unlock dreams and strive to turn them into reality by investing in these ventures and actively taking part in the strategic planning and where needed in the active running of the portfolio companies.
Founded by Yaeer Talkar and Ariel Moses, Incede Ventures is based in the heart of Tel Aviv, but the heart has veins that reach out to the East – to Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru; to Shanghai, Beijing & Hongkong; to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City & Da Nang, and to all parts of the Eastern world.
Incede Ventures was created through a family friendship forged long ago in Bombay - on the lawns of Shivaji Park and on the Mahim beach and next to the batata-wada stand near Victoria Church. Bombay was changed to Mumbai, Madras to Chennai and Poona to Pune – now it’s our turn to change reality and help better the lives of the people no matter the country - for what is a country if not it’s people and what is people if not others just like you and me?
Generally, we, at Incede Ventures, prefer to look first towards the Eastern markets and then to the Western markets.
Meet The Founders
Yaeer Talkar
Yaeer Talkar is a published writer, dreamer and founder of Incede Ventures, a startup studio.
What Yaeer enjoys is helping build things, but instead of investing in the ideas of others, Yaeer works on his own ideas and with the Incede team creates a minimum viable product (MVP) that can be introduced to the market. He handpicks champions for each idea and then helps them lead the way from idea to maturity.
Incede Ventures focuses on nurturing ideas into viable businesses that hope to disrupt the intersection of innovation, healthcare and technology.
When the Incede team spots a market opportunity that it can cater to with a product, it starts developing it right from concept. Incede invests its capital, creates the prototype and brings a champion on board to scale it up.
Ariel Moses
Ariel Moses is also the Managing Partner, CFO and investment committee member of the Agate Venture Capital group. Extensive experience in leading MedTech investments, corporate finance and fund management. Experienced in managing portfolio investments. Board member at: Mitos Medical (Endoscopy Visual Optics), RDD Pharma (GI Pharma), MST (Surgery Robotics), Epitomee (Obesity Therapeutics), Sensimed (Ophthalmology), Dia Imaging Analyses.
Co-Founder Of Incede - Client-centered project development of software program & validation project, mainly for Pharma.
Former Co-Founder & CEO of a FinTech startup company. former Investment & Credit Analyst, Former VP Marketing and Analyses in leading corporate finance company.
